Hurricane Irene still haunts
To me, this is the most shocking Irene’s craziness! Wolfe’s Pond is empty!!! The berm separating the pond from the sea was destroyed by Hurricane Irene. After she left New York, water has been slowly drained, and now it’s almost gone! Here are photos of before and after. The pond is located in Staten Island, NY.
1. The empty area at the upper left is connected to beach now. Irene took the part off and drained water.
